Every stage feeds the next: the estimate comes from taking off the drawings, the field measures against it, the invoice bills what actually got installed. Underneath, each item moves itself — send the PO and it's Ordered, log the delivery and it's Delivered, the installer closes the install and it's Installed. Your storefront knows it's been delivered, because the delivery you logged told it. An item only reaches Done once it's installed, punched, and billed — and closing a punch item takes two sign-offs, the crew's and the office's.

Connect Google Calendar and your scheduled jobs show up on it — that's the one thing we use the calendar.events permission for. We don't read your other events, and connecting is optional — you can disconnect anytime from settings or your Google account. Rather not connect Google at all?
