Scheduling & dispatch

Who’s going where — settled by 7 AM.

A day-first board you can read two ways — crews as columns or as rows — with capacity, drive times, and a map. Drag a job onto a crew and it’s on their phone; set a recurring week once.

Service call

Drag a job to a crew — it appears on their phone.

Two faces, one board

Columns for a small shop — people as cards with capacity bars, and everything still to dispatch stacked up front. Rows when there are fifty names — every crew in a group, searchable. Flip to whichever fits your day.

Dispatch it, then repeat it

Assign a job and it lands on the crew’s Today screen with the address, the scope, and the drawings. Set a recurring week in one move — it copies across the working days and skips the ones already covered. One “+ Add work” button sends anything out, to the crew or the office.

Drive time on the map

See the day on a map and the drive from one stop to the next, so you don’t book a crew across town and back. Subcontractor check-ins confirm arrival on site.

Lives in their calendar too

An optional Google Calendar connection writes scheduled jobs into the calendar app already on a foreman’s phone — or use the read-only feed with no Google sign-in at all.

More of the system

See it on one of your own jobs.

We'll load your price book and run a real job through it, so you can judge it on your work instead of a demo.
